Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Service Ltd Jobs Deputy Manager Operations:Daewoo Rooms is looking for Deputy Manager Operations – Hotel Management/ Room Division for Rawalpindi:
• Responsible for staff training & work efficiency;
• Able to develop, implement & monitor financial & operational plans for the hotel;
• Able to provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance;
• Assist in the development & communication strategies;
• Must have a strong knowledge of computer software applications precisely MS Words, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Access;
• Must have effective oral & written communication skills;
• Must have good analytical skills & decision-making ability;
• Must have multi-tasker and able to travel;
• Must have a knowledge of operating widely used hotel management software / CRM software.
Must have at least 3 to 5 years of supervisory role in a first class hotel or franchise.
