Position: PLANNING EXECUTIVE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Executive to join our Planning Department in the Print and Pack industry. As a Planning Executive, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and implementing effective production plans to meet client demands and optimize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background, possess excellent analytical skills, and have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in planning or a related field.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement production plans to meet client requirements and optimize resource utilization.
· Coordinate with various departments, including production, procurement, and logistics, to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of projects.
· Analyze client orders, production capacity, and material availability to determine production schedules and prioritize workloads.
· Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
· Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as production efficiency, on-time delivery, and resource utilization.
· Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.
· Utilize planning software and tools to streamline planning processes and improve accuracy and efficiency.
· Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to gather client requirements and provide accurate production timelines and updates.
· Conduct regular meetings with cross-functional teams to communicate production plans, address issues, and ensure alignment of goals.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and technological advancements in the print and pack industry to optimize planning strategies.
Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, supply chain management, or industrial engineering.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
· Knowledge of production processes, materials, and equipment used in the print and pack industry.
