JOB SUMMARY: Plans, organizes, directs and controls all related activities to ensure attainment of operation objectives and targets within the acceptable cost and shrinkage level, ensures maximum productivity of staff within the department overseeing all commercial aspects and operations of the entire store.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plans, monitors, controls and directs all selling activities to ensure attainment of established sales targets.
- Manages stocks, maintains good service level in all areas.
- Floor manager takes on the role of ensuring customer satisfaction, expected to take care of issues and resolve point-of-sale discrepancies.
- Ensures stocks are well replenished and monitoring of slow movers and provides timely feedback.
- Ensures 100% check the expiry and maintains the FIFO.
- Floor manager is responsible for conducting appraisal and reviewing the performance of the staff.
- Responsible for dealing and solving staffing issues.
