Job Description
- Manage daily delivery operations to ensure timely & efficient service.
- Oversee delivery vendors and partner relationships.
- Analyze delivery performance data to improve speed, cost, & service quality.
- Lead and manage the delivery operations team to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in delivery, logistics, & operations management.
- Proven team leadership & communication skills.
- Familiarity with delivery management systems is a plus.
