• Ensure increase in sales & enhance customer experience.
• Assist senior management in decisions for expansion & business development.
• Ensure strategic goals & sales targets of the retail stores are met.
Requirements:
• 6 – 8 years of experience as an area stores manager.
• Masters in any business related field.
• Solid understanding of optimization & store operations & standards for success.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation.
• Great leadership & communication skills are must.
