𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is seeking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐇𝐑 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭.
Responsibilities:
𝐨 Oversee 𝐇𝐑 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, ensuring compliance with internal HR policies
𝐨 Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
𝐨 Oversee performance management, goal setting, and calibration sessions
𝐨 Analyze HR data, providing insights for strategic decision-making
𝐨 Automate the performance management system in 𝐇𝐑𝐌𝐒
𝐨 Conduct organizational assessments, recommending changes to enhance employee satisfaction
𝐨 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes
𝐨 Prepare HR budgeting & HR operations reports
𝐨 Prepare Presentations and present to the management
𝐨 Collaborate with senior leaders, HR teams, and other stakeholders to drive organizational development initiatives.
Requirements:
𝐨 Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
𝐨 4-6 years of HR experience, with 2+ years in 𝐇𝐑 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 or 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭
𝐨 Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., 𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒖, 𝐏𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝐁𝐈) is a plus
𝐨 Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel & PowerPoint
𝐨 Excellent presentation skills, with ability to create engaging and informative presentations
𝐨 Proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies and programs.
𝐨 Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
𝐨 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities:
𝐨 Will be responsible for complete supervision of designated sections.
𝐨 Will be responsible to increase sales and enhance customer services.
𝐨 Training of staff on regular basis.
𝐨 Train new hires on the standards and procedures of the company.
𝐨 From how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with customers.
𝐨 Ensure visual merchandising according to company’s requirement.
𝐨 Lead the team and sections under one department.
Requirements:
𝐨 Minimum graduation.
𝐨 3 – 4 years of experience in a well – known retail brand as a Floor Manager or in a similar capacity.
𝐨 Experience of Hardlines (Toys, Infant Accessories, Stationary, & Jewelry) is a Plus.
𝐨 Communication people and leadership skills are must.
𝐨 Problem solving, confident, and energetic personality.
