𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐈𝐓 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 (𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥).
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics AX, with strong hands-on experience in Retail Sales Posting.
o Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues related to retail operations, sales posting, inventory and finance integration.
o Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
o Ensure data accuracy and smooth system operations across departments.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Proven experience as an IT Support Executive (Functional) or similar role.
o Must have experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Retail Sales Posting.
o Strong understanding of retail processes and functional workflows.
o Good communication and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
