𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Plan, coordinate, and perform inventory audits across warehouse and store locations as per approved audit schedules.
o Conduct spot counts, cycle counts, and full physical audits, ensuring compliance with SOPs and audit guidelines.
o Verify and reconcile system inventory with physical stock during audits.
o Identify shortages, overages, and stock misplacements and prepare detailed variance reports.
o Investigate causes of discrepancies through document reviews, system tracking, and staff interviews.
o Recommend corrective actions and follow-up to ensure resolution.
o Monitor and verify inter-location stock transfers (TOs) for completeness and accuracy.
o Ensure system postings are aligned with physical movements.
o Raise audit queries for any unauthorized, delayed, or incomplete transfers.
o Ensure adherence to internal controls and company SOPs related to inventory handling, scanning, documentation, and transfer.
o Monitor and report on high-risk areas, including aging stocks, non-moving items, and improper stock handling.
o Prepare and submit audit reports with summary findings, detailed discrepancies, and recommendations.
o Maintain audit evidence, supporting documents, photos, and scanned sheets for traceability and compliance.
o Assist in preparing reports for management and weekly review meetings.
o Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and IT departments for clarification, system rectification, and reconciliations.
o Support during inventory cycle counts, year-end audits, and surprise audits.
o Propose improvements in inventory handling, documentation, and system integration (e.g., AX Dynamics + PDTs).
o Support automation initiatives and audit innovation in coordination with IT and Supply Chain teams.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Audit, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
o 2 – 4 years of experience in audit, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., AX Dynamics, SAP).
o Strong understanding of inventory audit procedures, stock reconciliation, and SOPs.
o Familiarity with PDT devices and scanning systems.
o Strong analytical and documentation skills.
o Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
