𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is expanding its hashtag#design team and is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫 – 𝐊𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐬 & 𝐖𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Develop detailed TechPacks for 𝐊𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐬 & 𝐖𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, including specifications, measurements, construction details, and bill of materials.
o Review and approve fabrics, trims, and materials for both knits and woven garments to ensure production suitability.
o Work closely with production, sourcing, and merchandising teams to resolve technical issues and ensure accurate garment construction.
o Conduct fit sessions and provide clear, actionable feedback for pattern corrections and improvements.
o Ensure garments meet quality, fit, and brand standards across all categories.
o Stay updated with latest fashion trends, fabrics, and construction techniques for knits and woven wear.
o Ensure timely delivery of tech packs, samples, and approvals in line with production timelines.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Proven experience as a Fashion Designer handling Knits & Woven apparel.
o Strong knowledge of knit & woven fabrics, prints, embroidery, and garment construction techniques.
o Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and garment CAD software.
o Excellent understanding of patterns, grading, sizing, and fit.
o Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
