𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 (𝐖𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧).
Responsibilities:
o Conduct regular market and trend research focused on girls eastern and western wear.
o Source and select merchandise aligned with the preferences of the target girls customer segment.
o Coordinate with designers, vendors, and buying teams to ensure the availability of trendy and quality products.
o Plan seasonal assortments and new arrivals calendar.
o Visit retail stores to monitor product performance and customer feedback.
Requirements:
o 2–4 years’ experience in merchandising, preferably with a focus on girls eastern and western wear.
o Strong knowledge of kids fashion preferences, styles and sizing trends.
o Good vendor network in eastern and western wear sourcing.
o Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
