Bachaa Party Jobs Design Lead Knits:
𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 – 𝐊𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐬.
Responsibilities:
o Manage design process from conception through to final styling.
o Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, make edit to lines, & create new concepts.
o Identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seek design inspiration by market research.
o Assist the head designer with all aspects of development.
o Create technical sketches and tech packs for new styles in development.
o Reviewing product for style and fit during presentation.
o Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to lines, and create new concepts.
Requirements:
o Minimum Bachelor in Fashion Design from a well-reputed institute.
o 4 – 6 years of relevant experience.
o Strong computer skills including Photoshop & illustrator.
o An ideal candidate should be result-focused and creative.
o Candidate must have great good communication skills & time management skills.
