Assistant Manager Learning & Development
Job Description:
Overall, manage, design, and develop learning and development frameworks in the organization. Conducts core and management skills training for Avari Lahore as per overall need analysis. Develop new modules and their R&D, administrative arrangements /providing training aids for the different training sessions. Embracing different styles of training techniques. Ensuring quality standards as per brand and international standards. Ensure training newsletter and monthly statistical report for management review. Oversee the entire Quality Assurance and Training department and all the activities pertaining to these functions.
Qualification & Experience:
· MBA (Human Resource Management)
· Experience: 04-05 Years Minimum of relevant experience.
Skills Required:
· Must be confident and has the ability to handle multiple tasks.
· Team player and flexible to new challenges
· Good communication and excellent presentation skills.
· Well-groomed and presentable with excellent Time Management
· Advanced research skills
· Enthusiastic for his/her own learning
· Familiar with Adult learning techniques and processes
· Developing and Using Audio, Visual Media, and Materials
· Experiential learning and Group facilitation
· Professionalism and Ethics
· Proactive in nature and can come up with new ideas for learning & development of staff
· Proficient in Microsoft office suite, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator will be a plus.
