Job Description:
- Overseeing the financial operations of the entire Company.
- Acting as SAP FI Power user and ensuring that all accounting entries are accurately posted in SAP.
- Timely preparation of monthly MIS and Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual Financial Statements and its circulation.
- Constructively challenge the commercial and operations teams, ensuring that business decisions are based on solid financial criteria.
- Ensuring that company policies and SOPs are being complied with and highlight the gaps.
- Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance, identifying areas for potential improvement & cost reduction opportunities as well as providing insightful information to senior management to aid long-term and short-term decision making.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable corporate laws and governance matters as Company Secretary.
