Attock Petroleum Limited is looking for a result-oriented and analytical B2B Industrial Sales professional to support industrial fuel and lubricant operations, ensure seamless order execution, and strengthen relationships with key industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Executive in day-to-day operational execution of HSD, Furnace Oil, PMG, and Lubricants orders.
- Coordinate with Finance for pricing updates, payment confirmations, and credit recoveries.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints related to product quantity and quality in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with Logistics for freight confirmation, load execution, and timely delivery updates.
- Visit existing and prospective industrial customers for business development and relationship management.
- Facilitate new customer account openings and documentation processes.
- Prepare and dispatch price quotations to industrial clients.
- Compile and share daily sales and demand reports with management.
- Reconcile customer accounts and coordinate debit notes, refund claims, and payment instruments with Finance and HO.
- Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and adherence to company SOPs.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in petroleum products sales operations to industrial customers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
