Position: Field Training Manager
ABOUT THE JOB:
- To establish, support and execute Sales Training Department initiatives & activities.
- To provide on the job field coaching to Reps / DSM and issuing coaching report.
- To ensure monthly achievement of training KPIs along with other training assignments.
- To conduct post training evaluation for continuous improvement.
- To promote & deliver ATCO values and competencies and exhibit high ethical standards.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
- B. P.h.a.r.m.a.c.y / P.h.a.r.m-D
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years of Sales experience in reputed pharmaceutical corporates (Preferably 1 MNCs). Â
