Manager / Senior Manager – Performance Management
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented resource to lead the enhancement of our performance management framework. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in HR strategy, performance management, and employee development. In this pivotal role, you will drive a high-performance culture by aligning individual and organizational goals, implementing industry best practices, and ensuring the effectiveness of our performance evaluation processes.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR/Psychology or relevant HR Certification (SHRM, HRCI)
Experience:
- 8 – 10 years with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Location:
- Korangi Industrial Area Karachi, Pakistan
