Artistic Milliners is hiring an ‘IT Officer’.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
Provide first-level IT support and manage helpdesk operations by resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Monitor and track support tickets, maintain IT assets, inventory, and network documentation, and prepare reports. Support IT onboarding and offboarding activities, manage requisitions and asset handovers, prepare project documentation and presentations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations while providing administrative support to the IT department.
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
▪️ 1-2 years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk.
▪️ Knowledge of Windows, networking fundamentals, and IT assets management.
▪️ Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
