Aman Health Care Services Jobs Assistant Manager Operations:

Aman Health Care Services is looking for Assistant Manager Operations – TeleHealth to supervise our call center offering telemedicine services at provincial level, this position is based at Karachi.

Main Responsibility:

To manage call center operations with a team of supervisors. The job focus is on customer service, call volumes, call abandoned rate and maintain the staffing on shifts. They will also be responsible to creating the staff roster and ensuring every call agent completes their mandatory login hours and achieve objectives for projects.

Qualification Criteria:

  • MBBS/BSCN/Bachelor or Master in Social Sciences
  • MBA or MPA is preferable.
  • Age group between: 25-32 years

Key Attributes needed:

  • Must have good knowledge / minimum 3 year experience of operational & human resource management, and administrative skills of call center
  • 1-2 years call center experience as Medical Officer, Quality Improvement Officer and Counseling Officer is preferable.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Good analytical and report writing skills
