Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is searching for an 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 for the smooth operations of our warehouse. As an Admin Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the administrative functions and maintaining efficient operations within the warehouse.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:-
- Assist in coordinating and managing administrative tasks within the warehouse.
- Maintain an accurate record of inventory and stock levels, ensuring they align with the system.
- Collaborate with various departments, e.g., procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies within the warehouse.
- Manage and update records, databases, and reports related to warehouse operations.
- Address and resolve administrative issues or inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of warehouse staff as required.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Identify areas for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
- Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team as needed.
