DEPUTY MANAGER SECURITY-(PLANT)
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree with 12+ years OR Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in managing large teams and industrial security preferred
- Age 48 – 55 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure overall safety and security of ASML plant premises and company assets.
- Supervise vigilance teams responsible for inspections, surveillance, vehicle checks, and personnel monitoring.
- Oversee daily dispatch and escort of CRC coils and ensure accurate logs and reports.
- Monitor the performance of outsourced security personnel and ensure SOP compliance.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies for preventive and emergency coordination.
- Ensure accurate documentation, gate pass tracking, and vendor movement control.
- Conduct risk assessments and continuously improve security processes and SOPs.
- Manage budget and oversee contract finalizations related to security services.
- Provide protocol support to senior management and foreign guests.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, report writing, and incident management
- Knowledge of plant security operations and modern surveillance systems
- Crisis management and vendor coordination skills
- Risk assessment and SOP planning experience
- Leadership and good reporting skills
