We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – ERP
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and optimize SAP Business One across our business units, ensuring seamless operations and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of SAP Business One
Align business processes with ERP functionalities and recommend enhancements
Develop workflows, SOPs, and user documentation
Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using SAP tools
Ensure Retail Pro POS operations and ERP integration run efficiently
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
SAP Business One certification or relevant ERP implementation certification preferred
2–3 years’ experience in SAP Business One administration, implementation, or support
Strong knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, SAP HANA, and system integration techniques
Familiarity with finance, supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing processes
Experience with Retail Pro POS support/integration is an advantage
Exposure to manufacturing, telecom, or FMCG sectors is a plus
