Position Overview
As an Insurance Claim Officer, will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits and insurance programs within the organization. Your role involves coordinating with insurance providers, guiding employees through benefit options, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources, insurance policies, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications & Skills:
· 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.
· Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
· Strong Communication skills (Verbal / written).
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
· Review and process health claims for accurate re-imbursements.
· Maintain employee medical records and paperwork, including up to date records of all medical insurance claims
· Organize the medical insurance folder effectively enabling documents to be easily found.
· Follow up on outstanding claims and denials to ensure timely reimbursement.
· Communicate with insurance companies/ wellness providers and patients to resolve billing issues/ timely hospitalizations.
· Update and maintain monthly fluctuations of Addition/ Deletion/ Change in Plans.
