Inverex is looking for Finance Manager for its Head Office Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
· Oversee the maintenance and management of fixed assets, including depreciation schedules and asset tracking.
· Monitor inventory levels, analyze trends, and implement strategies to optimize inventory management processes.
· Coordinate import-related activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely access to financial resources.
· Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
· Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with demonstrable expertise in financial management.
· Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
· Experience in managing fixed assets, inventory, and import processes is highly desirable.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of driving results and implementing process improvements.
· Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct stock reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Perform cash and bank reconciliation to verify transactions and balances.
· Assist in the management of fixed assets, including tracking and depreciation.
· Support financial reporting and analysis as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Commerce.
· Prior experience or internship in finance/accounting is preferred but not required.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.
