Responsibilities:
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
-Record and categorize financial transactions, including rental income, expenses, and payments, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
-Stay informed about and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations.
-Implement and adhere to local tax regulations, including VAT requirements.
-Monitor and manage the financial aspects of the Dubai vehicle fleet, covering acquisition, maintenance (during issuance or receipt from contract), and disposal costs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-4 to 5 years of experience.
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
-Professional certification (C.A., ACCA, or CIMA preferred).
-Experience in auditing for the construction industry is a plus.
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
-Salary 60,000 to 80,000
-Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00PM)
