Job Summary:

As a Supply Chain Officer, you will ensure smooth procurement and logistics. Your key tasks include maintaining procurement arrangements, overseeing daily operations, and optimizing supplier relationships. Your efforts will support our mission of delivering sustainable solar energy solutions.

Responsibilities:

·Put in place robust procurement and contract management arrangements to help comply with legal requirements.
·Maintain key partner relationships.
·Manage daily operations of local procurement to ensure material and service requirements are met in a timely, efficient, effective, and ethical manner.
·Provide oversight of all local procurements in compliance with policies, procedures, and domestic regulations.
·Prepare comparative statements, purchase orders, and other required documents.
·Direct all local procurement activities in accordance with financial policies and rules.
·Integrate and collaborate with key suppliers and engineering to focus on quality, cost reduction, and logistics.
· Assist in negotiations with key suppliers.
·Collaboratively work with key departments/stakeholders to ensure effective supplier relationships that are conducive to meeting customer objectives.
·Any other task as assigned from time to time.

Job Specification:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, logistics management, or a related qualification
· Freshers to 1 – 3 years experience in freight forwarding, procurement, or a related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Descriptions:

· Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of solar energy solutions.
· Manage and optimize all aspects of operations, including, and project execution, to meet quality, cost, and timeline targets.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives.
· Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of solar projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
· Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and finance, to drive alignment and achieve company goals.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Job Specification:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
· 4-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably solar industry and solar installation experience is must.
· Preferred universities LUMS, NUST, Fast, UET & GIKI.
· Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operations teams to achieve business objectives.
· Strong understanding of solar energy systems, project management principles, and industry regulations.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
· Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
