UBL is looking to hire a suitable candidates for the position of “Officer Compensation & Benefits” in it’s Human Resources domain.
The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the position master data along with bank-wide annual budget mapping team in HRMS and assist the team for precise market review and compensation planning with regards to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion along with other components of compensation, in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Minimum Experience/Qualification:
• 3 to 4 years of experience in similar job role
• Masters will be preferable.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel specifically in analytics and financial modelling.
• Understanding of compensation structure about domestic Financial Institutions.
