Looking for Deputy Manager Procurement – Supply chain for SINA Health, Education & Welfare Trust.
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Location: Korangi near to brooks chowrangi
Job Description: Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective, sourcing and engaging suppliers and vendors, negotiating with suppliers and vendors, reviewing existing contracts with suppliers & vendors to ensure on going feasibility, approving purchase orders and organizing & confirming delivery of goods and services, performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements, controlling procurement budget and promoting a culture of long term saving on procurement costs, overseeing and managing the inventory, and supply of goods, preparing procurement reports. Document and develop physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows. Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality, monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities. Continuous AIDDE in supply chain process.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
Experience using supply chain management software and tools.
In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
Knowledge of medicine and pharmacy supply planning and Operations Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
Management and leadership skills.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
