Fatima Group Jobs Sub Engineer Machinery:
Fatima Group is hiring for Sub-Engineer Machinery at Plant Site Sheikhupura. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification: DAE Mechanical
Experience: 15+ Years Experience in Process Industry, Preferably Fertilizer Plants
Knowledge
Safety Systems (PSM, Work Permit system)
Preventive and Predictive Maintenance plans
In depth knowledge of Machinery Construction and Working Principles
Machinery Control Systems
Basic knowledge of Stationary Equipment
Lubrication systems
Condition monitoring
Having adequate knowledge of temporary solutions / repairs as and when required.
eAM / CMMS system preferably Oracle or SAP
Skills
Highly skilled having healthy hands-on experience in maintenance / troubleshooting of machinery specially compressors, turbines, pumps, fans, gear boxes etc.
Highly skilled having healthy hands-on experience in maintenance / troubleshooting of Hydraulic Control Systems.
Must have ability on condition monitoring of machines and highlighting any rising problem at its initial stage.
Adequate skill in maintenance of stationary equipment including heat exchangers, vessels, piping, valves etc.
Team building, Training and Development
Use of CMMS systems, MS Office, Outlook / emailing
