Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of ‘Assistant Manager – Program Support’ based at Karachi.
Job Responsibilities:
· Supports in overall implementation of project by providing administrative and operational support.
· Maintaining project records, approval, strategies of IPC and providing it timely when needed.
· Monthly advance issuance to implementation team and their settlements.
· Field team monthly expense tracking with their work plans.
· Timely submission of work plan from field team to review work plans and provide feedback to the field team.
· Dispatch of recording & reporting tools to district level from warehouse
· Work plan compliance tracking of field team through U-Track.
· Coordinate with field teams and get the required data on weekly/monthly basis.
· To ensure proper record keeping in soft and hard on daily basis about project deliverables in coordination with Operations.
· Any other task assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Knowledge and Experience:
· Graduation or Masters (preferred Masters/MBA)
· 0-1 years of relevant experience
· Prior experience in administration and knowledge of Family Planning and /or MNCH programs would be advantageous.
