Bachaa Party, Pakistan’s Biggest Kids Brand is looking to hire a skilled & experienced candidate for the position of Manager Packaging.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement packaging solutions for our non-food products that meet customer requirements, are cost-effective, and comply with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and procurement, to ensure that packaging solutions meet business needs.
Identify opportunities to optimize packaging processes, reduce waste, and improve sustainability.
Conduct packaging tests and trials to ensure that packaging solutions meet performance and quality standards.
Ensure that all packaging-related documentation, such as specifications and testing reports, is accurate and up-to-date.
Keep up-to-date with developments in packaging technology and regulations, and make recommendations for changes to our packaging strategies as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in packaging engineering, materials science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in packaging development and implementation.
Demonstrated knowledge of packaging materials & design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with sustainability initiatives and regulations related to packaging is preferred.
