Location: Headoffice, Karachi
Job Specification:
- Education: Preferably Computer Science Graduate
- Experience (Min – Max): 4-5 years
- Knowledge: Desktop, client-Server architecture, Network infrastructure, Printers
- Required Skills:
Client-Server architecture, Network & communication technologies, Retail equipment
Responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring & support computer hardware, software, POS systems, network, scanners, document & shelf label printers etc.
- Monitoring and proactive fault response for all infrastructure components
- Setting up new users which includes desktops and laptop configuration adhering company policies
- Provisioning of new infrastructure/products on the instructions of management
- Liaison with head office team for guidance on support issues/ escalate issues for L3 support when required
- Asset inventory record keeping and backup inventory maintenance
- Provide Level 2 support across the region to BU/WH infrastructure team
- Coordination with project team in deployment of new projects in accordance with the provided infrastructure design
- Supporting the deployment of new sites that includes implementation of
- Active/Passive infrastructure, Desktops, cash-counter & POS systems & Scales etc.
- Provide L2 support & coordination with the team on day to day issues
