Urgently looking for Sales Coordinator for StarchPack (Group Comp of Packages Limited) for our Lahore Office.
Role: Sales Coordinator
Location: Lahore
Qualification: BS/BCom (Accounting ) pref
Exp: 1-2 years in Sales or related areas
Job Responsibilities:
•Respond to email, phone calls and other forms of correspondence from internal and external customers
•Ensure the correct Data entry of orders and payments in SAP.
•Follow ups on dispatches, liaison with logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of product to customers.
•Responding to customer’s inquiries and follow ups on dispatches.
•Issue monthly collection/target data sheet and arrange sales data for management meetings.
•Arrangement of samples and specification sheets for customers.
•Responsible for managing export documentation.
•Debit/credit note issuance.
