We are hiring Manager Human Resources:
Job Description:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, understanding the hiring needs and lead the recruitment process to ensure that the organization attracts and hires the best fit candidates
- Manage the role of compensation and benefits that includes payroll management and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits, attendance management, salary survey and final settlements
- Plan and execute Employee Engagement Activities
- Ensure that all employees receive the necessary training and development opportunities to support their career growth and the organization’s success
- Oversee performance management processes while maintaining close coordination with line manager and departmental heads to ensure smooth business operations
