Lucky Core Industries is hiring a Production Executive for our Pharmaceuticals business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule production activities and supervise the production process.
- Ensure effective management of production lines.
- Estimate production costs and improve it.
- Collaborate with managers to execute policies and goals of the organisation.
- Liaise with different departments to prevent any probable delay.
- Ensure planned KPIs for efficiency and performance are met.
- Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices.
- Optimise resource utilisation by implementation of an effective production organisation.
- Supervise and motivate the team of workers.
- Develop and track improvement in reduction of waste and Plant OEE.
- Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations.
