Position: Senior Manager Internal Audit
Education: CA finalist / ACCA qualified or finalist / MBA (Finance)
Experience: 8 years’ experience preferably in either or all of Distribution / FMCG / Pharma, Audit firm experience is a necessity
Proficiency in use of MS office, BI tool & SAP
Key Roles:
- Participate in the preparation of the audit plan (branch operations, process & analytical audits) to identify priorities which should consider all activities & processes of the company;
- Ensure that audit plan is being followed as per schedule which involves supervisions, review of work of branch audit operations (warehouses & market verifications) teams in north & south regions and head office process audits;
- Monitor significant anomalies identified by branch audit operations teams in inventory, market credit & cash;
- Prepare & keep updated the documents focused on conduct of audit such as observations database, division wise dashboards, Annual branch risk assessment, Branch performance grading,
- Use of data analysis more in presentations focused on inventory, market credit & cash to analyze data & identify trends;
- Lead new & on-going department projects with active liaison with the IT, Digital transformation department.
