WE ARE HIRING FOR ASSISTANT TO CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER (CMO)

The Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) provides high-level support to the CMO by proactively creating/managing an effective workflow to accomplish the work of the CMO.
Job Responsibilities:
· Managing the CMO’s calendar and prioritizing appointments
· Analyzing and organizing operations of the Marketing Department as instructed by the CMO
· Attend in-office and out of office meetings alongside CMO and take notes as required.
· Receiving instructed data/information from the relevant team members of Marketing Department or instructed data from any other departments and compiling Excel and Word based reports and PowerPoint Presentations for submission to CMO.
· Informing the CMO of tasks statuses while maintaining excellent working relationships with colleagues.
· The Assistant to CMO will also handle general office duties such as initiating work orders and organizing communications between departments.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
· Must have prior experience supporting a similar marketing functions.
· Analytical skills to interpret marketing research, and be able to compile online sales and performance data
· Experience using Outlook calendar functions
· Excellent use of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
· Preparation of Excel based Dashboards are highly desirable.
· Excellent technical skills and ability to learn new software, programs and procedures
· Strong writing, research, and task management skills
· Excellent ability to translate data into presentations or critique presentations when requested by the CMO
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with the many different departments the CMO is involved with on daily basis, and also work externally with advertising firms and public relations companies.
· Resourceful, detail-oriented
· Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
· Self-motivated, personable and able to communicate effectively with senior professionals
· Able to handle multiple assignments and prioritize
Travelling Requirements:
· This job may require 20 to 30% of travelling as per requirements of the CMO that may include visits to attend marketing related meetings with vendors/outsource companies/stakeholders, assigned official visits to factory, warehouse, any local retail outlet, owner residences etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s in Sales & Marketing or in a similar field
· At least two years of relevant experience
