Job Requirement:
*Must have MBA/MPA degree in Human Resource Management.
*Additional HR training will be a plus
*Must have 3 to 4 years of proven Experience as HR Generalist.
*Must be proficient in Ms. Office specially on Ms. Excel.
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
*Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
*Ability to maintain confidentiality.
*Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
*Excellent communication and people skills.
*Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
*Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
