• To supplement Head of legal/Company Secretary in all duties discharged:
• Undertake review of matters pertaining to the bank.
• Providing timely Advice/support to Company Secretary.
• Drafting documents and maintaining proper records.
• To be able to liaison with external counsel/ auditors in a timely manner.
• To be able to advice on matters pertaining to Microfinance Institution.
• Conversant with SBP and SECP, rules and regulation, policies and guidelines
• Able to draft all the requisite and necessary documents relating to Company Secretary.
• Conversant with Statuary Filings
• Any other assignment as may deem fit by the line manager.
