Job Responsibilities
• Answering all incoming & outgoing phone calls through PABX.
• Ensures that all incoming and outgoing calls are answered & transferred to the right person/s promptly.
• Supply information to callers and record messages.
• Receives visitors, obtain name and nature of business, and schedule appointments.
• Sorting regular mails (Postage) and delivering to the right person.
• Handling general caller inquiries and answering them promptly.
• Assist visitors and direct them to the right person/s or department/s.
• Participating in Events Management Activities
