SITUATIONS VACANT: RECRUITMENT/APPOINTMENT AGAINST POSTS OF BS-01 TO BS-04 IN THE DEPUTY COMMISSIONER SOUTH (KARACHI) OFFICE SINDH

Applications are invited for initial recruitment / appointment from candidates having Domicile of District South for posts of BPS-01 in the office of the District Education Office (Primary), South (Karachi) as under:

1. Naib Qasid

• BPS: (BPS-2)
  • No. of Seats: 12
  • Qualification Required: Primary Pass/Literate
  • Age Limit: 18 to 28 Years

2. Chowkidar

• BPS: (BPS-1)
  • No. of Seats: 5
  • Qualification Required: Primary Pass/Literate
  • Age Limit: 18 to 28 Years

3. Sanitary Worker

• BPS: (BPS-1)
  • No. of Seats: 5
  • Qualification Required: Primary Pass/Literate
  • Age Limit: 18 to 28 Years

TERMS & CONDITIONS/GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Applications, along with two (02) recent passport-size photographs and attested copies of educational qualifications, CNIC, Domicile/PRC and required certificate/ experience certificate (if any), shall be submitted to the Office of the District Education Office (Primary), South Karachi, Opp: Luxmi Building, Boulton Market, M.A. Jinnah Road, Karachi.
2. Applications, along with all requisite documents, must reach this office within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement. Applications received after the due date shall not be entertained.
3. Candidates must fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria for the post applied for where relevant experience or a specific certificate is required, the candidate must possess and provide documentary proof of the same. Only eligible and shortlisted candidates shall be called for the test/interview.
4. General relaxation of five (05) years in the upper age limit shall be admissible as per Government policy, vide Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II) dated 06.03.2025, issued by the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, Government of Sindh.
5. Quotas for women, minorities, differently-abled persons and transgender persons shall be reserved in accordance with the Government rules/policy in vogue.
6. Candidates already in Government service shall apply through the proper channel.
7. Canvassing in any form or manner shall result in immediate disqualification.
8. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased at the discretion of the Competent Authority, and no candidate shall have any right to challenge the same.
9. The appointments shall be purely temporary and subject to the applicable provisions of the Sindh Service (Appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 1973, including the prescribed probation period.
10. No TA/DA shall be admissible to candidates appearing for the test/interview.
