We are looking for a commercially driven, detail-oriented, and product-focused professional to join our Merchandising Team.
𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 – 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, or a relevant field
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in cosmetics merchandising, buying, or category management, preferably in retail
• Strong knowledge of makeup, skincare, beauty products, brands, and customer preferences
• Good understanding of assortment planning, sourcing, pricing, costing, and inventory management
• Ability to manage product selection, purchase planning, supplier coordination, and timely product availability
• Strong coordination skills to work effectively with vendors, supply chain, retail operations, marketing, and merchandising teams
• Experience in supplier negotiations, purchase order management, product launches, and promotional planning
• Ability to monitor sales, margins, stock levels, sell-through, and category performance
• Knowledge of product shelf life, expiry tracking, stock rotation, and slow-moving inventory management
• Awareness of beauty trends, market demand, competitor offerings, and seasonal opportunities
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and vendor-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail with a quality-focused, commercial, and customer-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple brands, suppliers, and merchandising priorities effectively
