Vital Petroleum is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior IT Executive to join our team at Head Office, Lahore. If you have strong expertise in IT infrastructure, network administration, and cybersecurity, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage LAN/WAN, MPLS, routers, switches, VPNs, and Fortinet firewalls.
Administer Windows/Linux servers, Data Centers, and Active Directory.
Manage VMware ESXi/vCenter virtualization and Veeam Backup & Replication.
Maintain CCTV surveillance, centralized monitoring, and video wall operations.
Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and IT support across Head Office and retail sites.
Monitor server RAID configurations, storage health, disk failures, and data recovery.
Manage IT assets, vendor coordination, and infrastructure maintenance.
Education: MCS, BSCS, IT, or a relevant field.
Experience: 7–8 years of relevant hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and the technologies mentioned above.
Preferred Certifications:
CCNP, MCSE, VCP-VWF Admin, CEH/CompTIA Security+, Fortinet NSE/FCP.

Position: Tracker Base Station Operator – Logistics
Location: Machike, Sheikupura
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor fleet movements in real time through the GPS tracking and MDVR system.
• Track ongoing trips and ensure vehicles follow approved routes.
• Report route deviations, unauthorized stops, accidents, or emergencies immediately.
• Coordinate with drivers and fleet teams for trip-related updates.
• Maintain trip reports, tracking records, and proper shift handovers.
• Report tracking system faults and ensure confidentiality of fleet information.
Skills Required:
• Basic knowledge of GPS tracking systems and computer applications.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Education & Experience:
• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum one-year relevant experience; skilled fresh candidates may also apply.

Position: Logistics Support Officer
Location: Machike, Sheikhupura
Employment Type: Full-Time
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Relevant logistics or fleet operations certification preferred.
Experience Level:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, fleet, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in oil & gas, OMC, or logistics preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely order execution and deliveries within ETA.
• Schedule and pair vehicles against assigned orders.
• Monitor vehicle journeys, tracking, and delivery status.
• Coordinate with drivers on route safety, hazards, and operational issues.
• Maintain delivery acknowledgements and fleet movement records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Tracker teams.
• Update OGRA portal records and prepare daily/weekly fleet reports.
Requirements;
• Knowledge of fleet operations, OGRA requirements, tracking systems, and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
