JOB OPPORTUNITIES: The Artificial Intelligence Delivery Unit (AIDU), established under the Artificial Intelligence Wing, S&GAD, Government of the Punjab, is seeking dynamic, result-oriented and skilled individuals for the following positions which are required to be filled immediately. POSITION DETAILS

Chief Operating Officer / Delivery Unit Head
1. No. of Posts: 1
1. Qualification: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university/institution. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record on development projects.
1. Experience: At least 12 years of relevant professional experience, including excellence in program/project management, public-sector reform, digital transformation, technology-enabled initiatives, policy implementation, or organizational management. Previous C-level leadership or senior-level leading public sector organizations, technology super-clusters, or enterprise transformation programs will be an advantage.
Head of Data & Intelligence
1. No. of Posts: 1
1. Qualification: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.
1. Experience: At least 10 years in data engineering, analytics, or data-platform roles, including 4 years or more leading data or data group teams, with demonstrated delivery of production data platforms at scale.
Head of Responsible AI & Compliance
1. No. of Posts: 1
1. Qualification: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Policy, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.
1. Experience: At least 10 years in AI-technology governance, regulatory affairs, or tech-governance leadership; including at least 5 years leading a governance or compliance function.
Policy Advisor
1. No. of Posts: 1
1. Qualification: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Public Policy, Law, Computer Science, or Technology Studies or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.
1. Experience: At least 10 years in policy development, regulatory affairs, tech governance, or policy advising, with a focus on technology/digital policy. Public-sector policy experience preferred.
Legal Expert
1. No. of Posts: 1
1. Qualification: LL.B / LL.M (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.
1. Experience: At least 10 years of legal practice, including experience in technology-related policy, law, government contracting, or public-sector legal advisory.
Operations Manager
1. No. of Posts: 1
1. Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.
1. Experience: At least 10 years in operations, administrative or logistics management, preferably in a public-sector or impact environment.
AI Infrastructure Architect
1. No. of Posts: 1
1. Qualification: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.
1. Experience: At least 8 years of experience in AI/cloud engineering, including 3+ years in AI execution or systems architecture tied to production of large-scale software systems.
Finance Management Specialist
1. No. of Posts: 1
1. Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting from HEC-recognized university/institution or professional qualification (CA/ACCA/ACMA/CFA member or associate).
1. Experience: At least 8 years in financial management, government project/program-management experience strongly preferred.
Procurement and Contract Management Specialist
1. No. of Posts: 1
1. Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.
1. Experience: At least 8 years of experience in procurement and contract management, including technology or high-value service contracts. PPRA experience is required.
HR Manager

1. Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field from HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.
1. Experience: At least 8 years of HR generalist/talent management experience.
Data Specialist
1. No. of Posts: 1
1. Qualification: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Data Science, Software Computer Science, IT, Applied Mathematics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.
1. Experience: At least 7 years of applied data-science experience, with a track record of production-grade AI/ML models in use.
Impact Assessment Specialist
1. No. of Posts: 1
1. Qualification: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Data Science, Computer Science, Law or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.
1. Experience: At least 7 years of experience in impact assessment, technology evaluation or review, or applied AI ethics.
M&E Head
1. No. of Posts: 1
1. Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.
1. Experience: At least 6 years of relevant delivery management consultancy, at a leading management consultancy firm with at least 3 years leading teams; and/or experience delivering programs with government or specific sectors.
AI/ML Engineer
1. No. of Posts: 1
1. Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.
1. Experience: At least 5 years in AI/ML engineering with production deployments; demonstrated LLM application experience highly preferred.
Data Engineer
1. No. of Posts: 3
1. Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.
1. Experience: At least 5 years of enterprise data-engineering experience with production pipelines; government or large enterprise integration experience preferred.
AI Infrastructure / GPU Engineer

1. Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.
1. Experience: At least 5 years operating GPU/accelerated systems or ML infrastructure at scale, including production model serving.
Data Governance Lead

1. Experience: At least 5 years of brand or design leadership, with a portfolio covering digital platforms and their application across channels.
Senior UI/UX Designer

1. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field from an HEC-recognized university/institution. Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record.
1. Experience: At least 5 years of professional design experience, including work for senior leadership or public facing design/art portfolios required.
AI Product / Deployment Manager
