JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the architectural department and oversee design development across projects.
- Develop innovative, functional, and high-quality architectural design solutions
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project teams for seamless execution
- Review drawings, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive timely project delivery
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
- 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate and construction
- Strong expertise in architectural design, master planning, and project coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, with proven leadership and communication skills
