Position: DEPUTY MANAGER CFD
Location: South & North Regions
Department: CFD
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 5 years in CFD service and parts operations
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee CFD service and parts operations across the assigned region.
- Ensure dealerships and service centres follow JETOUR service standards and processes.
- Monitor service quality, turnaround time, warranty handling and customer satisfaction.
- Manage parts availability, inventory levels and timely supply to service points.
- Track regional service and parts performance and prepare regular reports.
- Support dealer and service teams with technical guidance and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Head Office, Sales, Parts and Warranty teams on service-related matters.
- Guide, train and evaluate regional service staff to meet targets and standards.
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or B.Tech in Automotive / Mechanical.
- Experience in CFD service and parts management.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and workshop operations.
- Good reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Position: ASSISTANT MANAGER CRM
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3 years in CRM / customer handling
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and ensure a high standard of customer handling and satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on customer feedback, complaints and CRM performance.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Coordinate with Sales, After-Sales and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Guide and support the CRM team to meet service standards and targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer handling and CRM.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
