We’re Hiring: IT Support Executive | Karachi Head Office
RONIN is looking for an IT Support Executive with strong skills in networking, hardware troubleshooting, and end-user support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues
Configure LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and IP settings
Install and maintain CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems
Manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions
Maintain IT inventory and issue logs
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (IT / Computer Science / related field)
2–3 years of experience in IT support or networking
Hands-on knowledge of networking and CCTV/IP cameras
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple issues in a fast-paced environment
