Officer – CR (Customer Survey Specialist)

A Customer Survey Specialist will fill a critical need for understanding and improving customer satisfaction and experience. By gathering and analysing customer feedback, this role helps us identify needs, address concerns and drive meaningful improvements in our products, services and overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect Feedback: Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and engage with customers to understand their needs, concerns and experiences.
- Analyze Data: Review survey responses to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses and improvement areas.
- Share Insights: Prepare simple reports and share actionable insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Drive Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year (customer surveys or similar role).
- Language Preference: Urdu & Pashto.
- Gender Preference: Male / Female.
