We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager who can bring coordination, efficiency, and strong execution to our daily delivery operations.
Job Description:
- Support daily load-out and delivery operations, resolving operational issues.
- Monitor delivery KPIs, GPS, outlet touch times, market time, and clearance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Modern Trade, E-Commerce, and delivery teams.
- Review operational reports and dashboards to identify abnormalities and performance gaps.
- Coordinate with vehicle and labor vendors to resolve delivery issues.
- Conduct market visits to key accounts and high-volume outlets.
- Prepare daily operational reports.
Education: Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
Experience Required: 3-4 years of relevant experience
