We’re hiring 30 Loan Officers (ME & Housing – Agri Graduates) in Pakistan for permanent roles!

Key Responsibilities
- Originate and underwrite agricultural and housing loans, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment for loan applications, leveraging agricultural knowledge to evaluate borrower capacity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agricultural stakeholders, and community partners to identify lending opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage a portfolio of loans, overseeing loan servicing, monitoring borrower performance, and proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
- Utilize CRM software and other tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and streamline the loan application process.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with applicants, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while mitigating risk.
- Stay abreast of market trends, agricultural best practices, and rural lending regulations to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification is graduation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in credit analysis and financial modeling techniques.
- Strong understanding of agricultural finance principles and practices.
- Proven ability to conduct effective risk assessment and loan servicing.
- Experience using CRM software and proficiency with spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a strong customer service orientation.
- A natural sales acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on business development opportunities.
- Solid understanding of agricultural practices and the needs of the agricultural community.
Preferred Qualifications
- An agricultural-related degree (e.g., BSc (Hons) Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, Rural Development).
- Fluency in both English and Urdu.
- Additional certifications in finance, lending, or agricultural specialization.
- Experience in housing finance within a rural context.
