REQUIREMENTS
- Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Telecom, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of SAP, IMS, and asset management tools.
- Prior experience working on Safe City projects or similar large-scale public safety/smart city infrastructure is highly preferred.
- Certifications:Project Management skills and certifications (PMP) are a major plus.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with relevant system administration experience.
𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Windows/Linux Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, virtualization, disaster recovery, networking, and cybersecurity.
Description
· Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, operating systems, and virtualization platforms.
· Monitor system performance, availability, and security, resolving issues proactively.
· Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure stability and security.
· Manage data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
· Enforce IT security policies and compliance standards.
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
· Support virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, H3C, OpenStack).
· Maintain accurate system documentation and SOPs.
· Coordinate with vendors for procurement and technical support.
· Provide technical support to department users.
· Contribute to IT projects, migrations, and infrastructure enhancements.
. Manage servers, backups, user accounts, system monitoring, troubleshooting, updates and overall IT infrastructure support.
